🐥Happy Hatch Day!! Mrs. Williams' classes are welcoming their baby chicks. Students have been documenting and gathering data daily, waiting for this day to come. Students have studied the incubation process and completed writing prompts related to hatching chicks 🐣

🧠✨ Learning in Action at MJHS! Ms. Ferguson's students took their learning to the next level by creating visual models of a neuron pathway. After building their visuals, students explained the pathway to both a teacher and a fellow student to demonstrate their understanding. This activity gave students the chance to teach, explain, and apply what they’ve learned, strengthening their knowledge of how messages travel through the nervous system. Great job to our students for their creativity, confidence, and critical thinking! #loveservecare #LearningInAction 🐾

🚭📚 Learning About the Dangers of Vaping Our 8th grade health classes had the opportunity to hear from Brittany Braden, Tobacco Prevention Specialist with CSI, as she shared an informative presentation about the dangers of vaping nicotine. Students learned about the health risks, the impact nicotine can have on the developing brain, & why making informed choices is so important. We appreciate Brittany taking the time to educate & empower our students with knowledge that helps them make healthy decisions. #loveservecare #studentwellness

MJHS Betas Shine at School Board Meeting! 🌟 The MJHS Beta Club was proudly recognized at the March School Board meeting for their outstanding achievement at the State Beta Convention! Our Betas earned multiple 1st place awards, representing our school with excellence, leadership, & hard work. These students continue to set the standard through their dedication to academics, service, & teamwork. We are incredibly proud of the way they represent MJHS & our community.
