BELL TO BELL, NO CELL LAW
Parents/Guardians and Students,
We want you to be informed and prepared. Starting the 2025-2026 school year, the Arkansas Bell to Bell, No Cell Law (Act 122 of 2025) will be in effect in all public schools, including the South Conway County School District. This new law prohibits students from using personal electronic devices during the school day, from the first bell to the last, to ensure a productive, respectful, and safe learning environment throughout the district.
Personal electronic devices are as follows, but are not limited to:
Cellular phones
Paging device/beeper
Wireless earbuds
Mobile phones that offer advanced computing and internet accessibility
Digital media player
Portable game console
Tablet, notebook, or laptop computer
Digital video or audio recorder
Smartwatch
Any device that can connect and transmit data through Bluetooth technology

Today, Mrs. Prather's Exploration of Skilled Trades students explored the drywall trade by using drywall stilts. This hands-on activity demonstrated how professionals work at elevated heights, providing insight into the skills and career possibilities within the field.
