Throughout this summer, the MJHS staff attended the Building Student Self-Efficacy Conferences this summer presented by DESE & Solution Tree. These sessions are filled with leverage instructional strategies on how to connect students with the learning and increase their motivation towards continuous improvement. Not only do these strategies make learning more positive for students, they relieve some of the burden of the teachers as learning more positive for students, they relieve some of the burden of the teachers as they work in partnership with their students.
