Several members of the MJHS Library Club attended a field trip to Little Rock on May 5th, 2023. Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) provided the club with a tour of their 5-story facility and discussed how effective the daily library tasks are managed and how they serve their community with creative programming. Many students chose to explore, read, play games, or draw immediately following the tour. The 4th-floor (for teens) was their favorite. After leaving CALS, they explored the River Market area and went to the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Museum. Students also took a quick trip on the trolley before heading home.
